Arsenal are planning to make a loan offer for AC Milan winger Hakan Calhanoglu, according to the Mirror. The Turkish international is available this month with it being reported that the Rossoneri are ready to dispense with his services.
The 25-year-old has been a regular for the Serie A club this season, making 18 appearances in the league and having missed just one match due to suspension.
However, Calhanoglu has just eighteen months left on his contract at the San Siro, and it appears Milan will not be looking to renew his current deal.
With that being the case, it seems the Italian side will look to sell the player, or at least loan the player out in view to a permanent sale.
Roma, Leicester and Newcastle have also been linked with Calhanoglu in recent weeks but Arsenal look to be leading the race for the Turkish midfielder at this point in time.
