Arsenal Joined By Roma In Race For Signing Adrien Rabiot

Wenger has his work cut out for him as Roma join the race for Rabiot. After Chelsea were linked to PSG’s youngster it is Roma’s turn to make a move. The Italian side is looking to make an offer for the Frenchman as soon as possible. They will probably send an offer sometimes during the January window. Arsenal will have a difficult time competing with the Romans who have pulled off some impressive transfers over the past year. They are competitive, and they offer chances to players of all ages as long as they play good. The Gunners on the other hand have sent away some of their youngsters which might not be that much of an encouragement for the 19 year old who will probably leave PSG to get some more time on the pitch.

According to TalkSport, Rabiot will leave at the beginning of next year. The only issue now is which Championship is it going to be? The Premier League offers some of the best matches in Europe but it might be too much for a 19 year old. Serie A is a bit less exciting but it offers the chance to grow a lot tactically.

Wenger could convince Rabiot to sign with Arsenal by promising him a spot in the starting eleven. This means he will either replace Arteta or Flamini. While the Frenchman is not that hard to replace, Arteta will be really hard to leave out.
