Arsenal are interested in signing Red Bull Salzburg attacking midfielder Hannes Wolf, according to reports in England.
The Gunners are not the only team interested in the 19-year-old, though, with Tottenham, Everton and Southampton also said to be keen, along with a number of other teams.
Wolf made his breakthrough in senior football last campaign, playing an instrumental role in helping Salzburg to the Europa League semi-finals.
The teenager scored 12 goals and provided eight assists in 45 appearances during his first full season in the first-team setup.
He’s followed that up this campaign with four goals and nine assists in just 21 games, leading to many of Europe’s top clubs to take note of his performances.
Despite his undoubted talent, Wolf has yet to make his senior debut for Austria’s national team, although it looks to be only a matter of time before that happens.
He featured for the Under 21 side during the last international break, playing 90 minutes in both games against Greece.
