Arsenal Injury News And Return Dates: Updates On Noni Madueke, Martin Odegaard And 2 More

Arsenal winger Noni Madueke is expected to be sidelined for up to two months with a knee injury.

The 23-year-old picked up the problem midway through the first half of the 1-1 draw against Manchester City on Sunday, and he was forced off at the break.

Scans confirmed that Madueke did not sustain anterior cruciate ligament damage, which would have likely ruled him out for the rest of the season.

Return Date – Sunday 23rd November v Tottenham (h)

Martin Odegaard

The captain did not make the matchday squad for the City game at the weekend as he continued his recovery from a shoulder injury.

Odegaard landed awkwardly during the 3-0 win over Nottingham Forest earlier this month, and he was substituted before half-time.

However, while he is not expected to be risked against Port Vale in the Carabao Cup, he should return to full fitness soon.

Return Date – Sunday 28th September v Newcastle (a)
