Leandro Trossard
Speaking in his pre-match press conference before the Chelsea fixture, Arteta hinted that the Belgian could return for the London derby:
“With Leo, there is another test today. We have to see how he’s feeling – it doesn’t look much. So, we still have a few hours, and we have to wait and see. he could be available – it is a potential.”
Unfortunately, Trossard did not make the matchday squad at the weekend but Arteta’s remarks do indicate that he will have another fitness test ahead of Arsenal’s next match.
Games are coming thick and fast, though, so we shall have to wait and see if the 30-year-old can recover in time for Wednesday.
