Arsenal centre-back William Saliba picked up a knock in training a day before the draw against Chelsea.

Speaking about the injury after the match, manager Mikel Arteta said the issue isn’t serious but it forced him to miss the trip to Stamford Bridge:

“Yesterday in training, he was uncomfortable, so we need to explore a little bit more what happened. I don’t think it’s something major, but enough not to be involved in the game.”

Arteta confirmed that Saliba will undergo further tests to determine how long he will be out for.
