‘Massive Miss’ ‘That’s A Big Blow’ Fans React As Arsenal Ace Is Ruled Out For Up To A Month

Arsenal forward Kai Havertz is expected to be sidelined for three to four weeks with a muscular injury, according to reports.

The Sun journalist Simon Collings claims that the German international is not expected to feature in the Gunners’ next four matches, at the very least.

Havertz’s latest injury setback has not gone down well with supporters on X, who believe the player’s absence will be keenly felt:

Which fixtures will Havertz miss?

Arsenal play Brentford on Thursday night, but he will also not feature in the FA Cup third round tie against Wigan Athletic on Sunday, as well as the match against Wolves next week and the North London derby.

If the four-week estimate is accurate, though, there is a good chance that he won’t make the home game against Chelsea on March 1st or the away fixture at Brighton a few days later either.

Arsenal have received some good injury news

While Havertz’s situation is far from ideal, it has been reported by reliable insider, the Hand of Arsenal, that manager Mikel Arteta will have three players back available against Brentford.

Bukayo Saka has been sidelined since the win over Leeds with a hip problem, but he is said to be in the travelling party for the trip to the Gtech Community Stadium.

Captain Martin Odegaard could also be back, having sat out the last two matches with a muscular problem, while Leandro Trossard appears to have overcome a knock he picked up late on in the victory over Sunderland.
