Ben White
Ben White suffered a knee injury in November which forced him to undergo surgery keeping him side-lined for a long period of time.
There is a chance that White misses the remainder of the season, however, his most likely return will come in March at the earliest.
At the time of his surgery, Arteta said: “Ben is going to be out for months. We had to make a decision in the last few weeks, unfortunately. It got to a point where we had to protect the player, and we decided to do the surgery.”
Expected return date – Saturday 8 March vs Manchester United
Takehiro Tomiyasu
Japan international Tomiyasu has spent all the season so far trying to recover from a knee injury that he suffered whilst on international duty in the summer.
The defender was close to a return in November, but he suffered a set-back in his recovery. It is not yet known when he will be available.
