Arsenal are one of three teams to have made an official offer to Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira, according to UOL Esporte.
The Brazilian news outlet reports that West Ham and Everton are also in the mix for the Brazilian, with the player’s contract expiring in the summer.
Pereira is said to be weighing up the proposals and will make a decision “in the coming days” about a potential exit from Old Trafford.
The 22-year-old is said to be more hopeful of playing opportunities after the departure of Jose Mourinho as manager.
Interim head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has named him on the bench for both his matches in charge so far and sent on Pereira for the final few minutes of the 5-1 win over Cardiff.
Whether a change in his playing time will encourage him to stay, it remains to be seen. Other reports do suggest too that United have the option to extend the Brazilian’s contract for a further year so the decision may be taken out of the player’s hands.
