Arsenal and three other clubs are keen on signing Roma winger Cengiz Under in the January transfer window, according to reports in Italy.
The Gunners’ interest in the 21-year-old has previously been reported but it is believed the Giallorossi are seriously considering selling the Turkish international.
Roma are apparently keen to sell in order to balance the books and finance their own spending plans for the winter market.
The Serie A side are said to have placed a €50m (£44m) price tag on Under, but despite the hefty asking price, there is reportedly heavy interest in the player.
As well as Arsenal, Barcelona, Manchester United and Manchester City are all said to be considering a bid for the midfielder.
Under has been in good form for the Italian club this season. In ten appearances in all competitions, the winger has scored three times and provided four assists. His latest goal came in the 3-0 win against CSKA Moscow on Tuesday night.
