Arsenal Handed Transfer Boost As 25M Rated Star Reveals ‘Dream’ Of Playing In England

Shakhtar Donetsk winger Manor Solomon has revealed that he is very interested in making the switch to English football in the summer.

Arsenal were linked with a £25m move for the Israeli international during the January transfer window and Solomon confirmed that talks have been held with teams in England:

“There are talks with teams from England. There are things that can happen in the summer. My dream is to play in England and it also seems to me the most realistic option for me. And teams in England can pay.”

Solomon has been in decent form this campaign, having scored five goals and provided one assist in 17 appearances for Shakhtar, but there are question marks over whether the 21-year-old would be a priority signing for the Gunners.

The London club already have the likes of Bukayo Saka, Nicolas Pepe, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Gabriel Martinelli who can play in wide areas, not to mention Willian and Reiss Nelson.

For that reason alone, shelling out £25m on a player like Solomon would be a surprise, considering there are many other positions in the squad that need to be improved.
