Borussia Dortmund attacking midfielder Julian Brandt is interested in moving to the Premier League, according to Bild.
The German tabloid claims that both Arsenal and Tottenham are pursuing the German international and it seems he would be open to a transfer this summer.
Brandt has been in excellent form for Dortmund, having scored nine goals and contributed five assists in 30 appearances.
However, the 26-year-old’s contract expires at the end of next season. Dortmund are keen to offer the player an extension, but they may be forced into selling up if he doesn’t agree to sign a new deal.
Brandt has been linked with the Gunners in the past but the interest cooled because of the German’s poor performances. He has, though, found a new lease of life under Dortmund boss Edin Terzic.
He has started 19 of the Bundesliga side’s 23 league games this campaign, having hit the back of the net in four consecutive league matches ahead of Friday’s game against RB Leipzig.
Ahead of Arsenal’s game against Bournemouth this weekend, why not try out the Single Game Survivor from National World Gaming and have a chance to win a share of a cash prize?
You can make predictions about the match (e.g who scores first, who wins the race to three corners etc) and if you guess correctly, you survive.
The great twist? You get two lives to play so even if you get one of your predictions wrong, you can still win a share of the money.
Even if you have just one of your lives left at half-time, you will receive some cash, and if you make it to full-time, you get to share the prize pot with your fellow winners.
It’s a fun way to test your football knowledge with fellow fans, watch in real-time to see if your predictions are correct, and perhaps win some money!
