Arsenal Continue To Dominate The Premier League

Arsenal managed a 3-0 away win against Cardiff who put out a pretty good fight even though the score suggested otherwise. Ramsey and Ozil made the difference after some amazing performances from both of the Gunners’ midfielders. The Welshman scored twice and the German showed incredible vision with two assists.

The game started off strong with Wilshere hitting the post with just one minute gone. Ramsey was the one with the assist but unfortunately for Wenger’s team the ball went off the woodwork. Just as the fans thought the game would be pretty one-sided, Cardiff came close to taking the lead with Theophile-Catherine whose header just missed the target.

There was a lot of action for viewers to take in over the next few minutes. Arsenal continued to dominate with excellent passing and great determination. The Gunners showcased their amazing skills and impressive passing abilities. Just as the home side began to even things up, Ramsey scored his 7th game of the season after a perfect assist by Ozil. His awesome header found the net and gave Wenger’s team a well-deserved one goal advantage. The Welshman refused to celebrate though considering he started his career with Cardiff.

The home side reacted pretty well after receiving a goal. They remained concentrated and pushed through but unfortunately for them they could not score before half time.

The second part of the game started in a similar manner to the first. Ramsey found Giroud, but the Frenchman was denied by Turner. Cardiff also had two great chances to score but Szczesny’s reactions kept Arsenal in front. The Gunners pushed on a bit and had their first chance to score with 20 minutes to go.

Wenger made a smart move by sending in Flamini to replace Cazorla who was not at the top of his game. The Frenchman scored during the 86th minute after Ozil managed his second assist of the game. Ramsey made it 3-0 with just a few minutes to go. Arsenal’s midfielder started the counter attack which ended with a quick series of passes between him and Walcott. Cardiff’s former player scored his 13th goal of the season, in all competitions and is now the Gunners’ top scorer.
