Toulouse’s Serge Aurier recently expressed his fondness towards Arsenal who according to the young Ivorian, cannot be turned down. The 21 year old defender also said moving to North London would be a dream come true. Hopefully the Gunners will make a move and reach an agreement with the French side. Aurier is considered one of the best full-backs currently performing in European football. He is only outclassed by PSG’s Thiago Silva.

The youngster has been a revelation since moving to Toulouse. His performances have been very consistent and impressive even since playing for Lens. He would make a great addition to the team especially with Sagna doubting his future with Arsenal.

According to talkSPORT, Aurier is very similar in style to Dani Alves making him more of a midfielder rather than a right back. Even so he could surely make a difference for Wenger who only has Jenkinson as an alternative for Sagna. The only problem with the Ivorian international might be his way of dealing with pressure. Coming to London could be too big of a change in pace for him considering his supposed explosive temper.

Even though Arsenal are not in desperate need of a new right back, Aurier could be a great investment. Hopefully he will be part of a larger group of players coming to the Emirates this summer. it is safe to say the Gunners have lost the Premier League this season partially because of their thin squad so new arrivals are always welcome and are needed.
