Arsenal turn their attention to the Champions League this week as they face a home game against Croatian side Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday.
Mikel Arteta’s side come off the back of a 2-2 draw against Aston Villa, in which they held a 2-0 lead 60 minutes in. Youri Tielemans and Ollie Watkins then netted within 10 minutes of each other to level up the match, and share the points at the Emirates.
The Gunners now sit second in the Premier League table, six points behind Liverpool, who extended their lead at the top with a 2-0 win against Brentford.
Arsenal will now host Dinamo Zagreb as they look to continue their strong form in the Champions League. They sit third in the table, with four wins from their six games so far. They are five points behind leaders Liverpool, who have won all six of their opening matches.
Their opponents, Dinamo Zagreb, are 24th in the table, hanging onto the playoff positions alongside the likes of Manchester City, Real Madrid and Celtic.
Arsenal will be without six players on Wednesday including Bukayo Saka, William Saliba, Ben White and Ethan Nwaneri. However, in positive news, Riccardo Calafiori looks set for a return – click here to see our predicted XI for the Gunners for Wednesday night.
