Arsenal Ace Tipped For Shock Loan Exit Despite Standout Debut Performance

Arsenal are already weighing up loaning out Marquinhos, according to reports in the English media.

The Brazilian got his Gunners career off to an impressive start after scoring and assisting in the 2-1 win over FC Zurich last week.

However, it is believed that Marquinhos was originally lined up for a season-long loan move away from the Emirates, and it has been decided that he will be sent out in January if a new winger is brought in to take his place.

The 19-year-old only signed from Sao Paulo for £3m in July but it is felt that he would benefit more from being a first-team starter elsewhere, rather than being a bit part player at the London club this season.

It looks as though Mikel Arteta wants Marquinhos to go through a similar process to William Saliba, who was given a number of loan spells before he was brought back into Arsenal’s senior setup.
