The agent of Fiorentina midfielder Jordan Veretout will be in London for Arsenal’s match against Napoli this evening, according to reports in Italy.
Mario Giuffredi is believed to be in the country which has led some to suggest he will be meeting with the Gunners about his client.
Veretout is said to be available for around €25m (£21.5m) in the summer, with reports in France earlier this week suggesting the 26-year-old as a possible replacement for Aaron Ramsey.
The Frenchman previously had an unsuccessful spell in England with Aston Villa before being loaned out to Saint-Etienne after their relegation in 2016.
Veretout made a permanent switch to Fiorentina in the summer of 2017 and has racked up 68 appearances in his two seasons with the Serie A side.
The midfielder generally plays in central midfield but can play in a more advanced role. He averages a goal every 4.5 matches for the Viola, which is slightly more prolific than Ramsey during his time with the Gunners.
