‘A Much Better Fit’ ‘All Day Long’ ‘A Better Attitude & Work Rate’ Fans Debate As Arsenal Are Linked With Two Brazilian Internationals

Arsenal are very much still focused on signing Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus but there are some concerns that their move could be hijacked, with both Chelsea and Tottenham also keen on the player.

With that mind, some supporters on Twitter have been debating whether the Gunners would be better off signing another Brazilian, Richarlison, who is also on the club’s radar. However, the majority of supporters seem to believe that Jesus would still be the best option:

It’s an interesting debate. Both players are very capable in and out of possession and their goal returns are pretty similar, with Jesus averaging a goal every 2.5 games for City, with Richarlison averaging one every 2.9 matches for Everton.

You would have to say, though, that Jesus has played more games as a number nine, and the fact that manager Mikel Arteta has worked with the 25-year-old before may well swing things in his favour.
