Arsenal defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos is available for selection for today’s game against Watford, the club have confirmed.
The Greek international suffered a dead leg against Everton last weekend and missed the Carabao Cup game against Brentford midweek.
Fans are delighted that Sokratis has recovered so quickly after doubts he would be back to face the Hornets:

In other injury news, Carl Jenkinson is back in full training, but Emile Smith Rowe has injured his right hip and is being assessed by the medical team.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles is now expected back in early October after fracturing his leg, while Konstantinos Mavropanos is set for a return from a groin injury at the end of next month.
Laurent Koscielny still has a bit more time to go before fans will see him back in an Arsenal shirt. He has stepped up his recovery from an Achilles tendon injury, but he isn’t expected to be back to full fitness until November.
