Sanchez Starting To Look Like A Team Leader

There was much talk about the fact that Arsenal are missing a true leader on the pitch. Fortunately for them, it seems that a leader might have joined their team sooner than expected. Even though many said Wilshere or Ramsey are the ones who will lead the team to success, it looks like Sanchez is more suited for that role. The Chilean forward has shown more determination and dedication for the North Londoners than many in house players. His attitude is definitely something that most players could try and mimic. With each game, the 25 year old looks more involved and more eager to prove himself. Arsenal’s recent performance against Anderlecht was proof that the Chilean is not joking around and that he is fully dedicated to the Gunners. According to Metro, even though Wenger’s side won 2-1 against the Belgian side, Sanchez was furious with his teammates due to their lack of aggressiveness and focus.

Several images have made it to the internet and have been linked to comments which stated that the striker was very disappointed with what he felt coming from his colleagues. Even though no statements were made regarding these moments, it was clear that Sanchez feels that his teammates are not as focused on wining as he is. Hopefully he will manage to add some of that spirit onto the other team members who lack in that department and he certainly added more to his burgeoning reputation by scoring both goals in Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Sunderland today.
