Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus should be back before the next international break later this month, according to reports in England.
The Brazilian international hasn’t featured for the Gunners since the World Cup after undergoing knee surgery but he is slowly recovering match fitness.
Most supporters on Twitter are delighted that Jesus will return in just a few weeks, although some are slightly disappointed that he won’t be back earlier:
He will surely be like a new signing to the current group of players…

That'd be amazing as long as he's truly fit and ready.

Great news. I could see his first minutes coming in the Sporting home tie if all goes well.

While the likes of Eddie Nketiah and Leandro Trossard have filled in ably in Jesus’s absence, you feel that Arsenal’s overall play will prove immensely when the 25-year-old is back in the fold.
It should give the Gunners the shot in the arm they need as they look to maintain their advantage over the likes of Manchester City and United in the title race.
Jesus’s first game back will potentially be the match versus Crystal Palace on March 19th but it will be hoped that he can make an appearance before then.
