Torino sporting director Davide Vagnati is travelling to London to hold discussions with Arsenal and other Premier League clubs about Gleison Bremer, according to journalist Graeme Bailey.
The Serie A club are trying to find a team willing to match their €50m (£43m) valuation of the defender, and El Toro’s president Urbano Cairo has sent Vagnati to England in order to meet with officials from Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham:

Both Inter Milan and Juventus are also very interested in recruiting Bremer, but neither can match Torino’s asking price, making Vagnati’s trip to the UK particularly significant.
However, it is believed that the Gunners’ top priority is Ajax’s Lisandro Martinez so a move for Bremer may only happen if they miss out on their number one target.
Reports suggest that Mikel Arteta’s side are likely to accelerate their plans to sign Martinez, having already made two formal bids for the Argentinian international in the past couple of weeks.
