3) Keep up the pressing game
According to Wyscout, the PPDA (passes per defensive action), which measures pressing intensity, has increased markedly under Arteta, but it isn’t consistently good.
There were very good pressing performances versus Bournemouth (in this first game in charge) and away against Crystal Palace, but they dropped off in the draw at home versus Sheffield United.
If Arteta can make the press consistent, you can win the ball back high up the pitch and create chances (and shots) as a consequence.
