1) Bukayo Saka is not a right wingback
Although it was a positive display overall from the Gunners, let’s start with one of the negatives. Manager Mikel Arteta started the 19-year-old in a right wingback role and it didn’t suit him.
Saka didn’t cover himself in glory defensively, being beaten too easily by Ben Chilwell in his own box on one occasion, while he gave away the ball too many times when he tried to make things happen in the final third. Arteta should be more mindful about where he selects the teenager in future.
