Arsenal’s draw against Burnley at the weekend was very much two points dropped rather than one point gained, and while the result was determined by an individual error, manager Mikel Arteta would have been frustrated by other aspects of his team’s performance.
Finishing chances still remains a problem. The Gunners hit the woodwork twice while Bukayo Saka had one opportunity, in particular, he should have done a lot better with.
There were some positives, as we will look at in a minute, but the result is a major blow for Arsenal’s prospects of finishing in the European places.
