Several Premier League clubs are looking to sign a striker in the summer transfer window including Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United. 

Arsenal have been criticised heavily this season for not signing a number nine, especially in January, although they did make a tentative move for Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins which was quickly rejected by the Midlands-based club.

Man United strikers Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee have struggled this season, combining for just six Premier League goals, whereas the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham are lacking depth up front, something that could be crucial for their success next season.
