Celtic won’t sell Odsonne Edouard for less than £25m this summer, according to reports in the English media. Arsenal are one of the teams who are said to have taken a keen interest in the striker after his performances this campaign.
Fans on Twitter would back a bid for the France Under 21 international if the Hoops forward were to become available when the transfer window reopens:

I personally wouldn't mind taking a punt on Édouard, Scottish League, as I know first hand, is so much different to the Prem, it's no contest, but he clearly has talent & looks special, Celtic never missed Dembele when he left, as Édouard arguable is more talented.

The Gunners’ transfer budget is likely to be quite modest. considering the current financial climate, with reports suggesting they will rely on free transfers, swap deals and loans.
However, if either Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang or Alexandre Lacazette were to leave the Emirates at the end of the season, a replacement would be needed.
With Celtic not in a position to bargain, with Scottish football going through its own difficulties, securing a deal for Edouard for a relatively low sum could be possible. Whether he has the quality to replace either Aubameyang or Lacazette is another question entirely.
