Wenger To Bring Reinforcements From Germany

The Gunners will need to sign one or two strong players who are also experienced enough not to act like Chambers has on a few occasions during the last minutes of important games. It will be a difficult task for Wenger who has to pick from three excellent midfielders all of whom will cost the club a considerable amount of money. After repeatedly being linked to Lars Bender and Morgan Schneiderlin, it appears that Arsenal are also scouting 23 year old Christoph Kramer. The German international will cost the North Londoners around £20million or even more depending on what Leverkusen have planned form him. Currently on loan to Monchengladbach, the midfielder has grown incredibly quick in terms of game quality. His ability to understand tactics got him a place in the final which he would have probably finished on the pitch if not for a contusion.

According to the Daily Mail, Wenger will more than likely make Kramer a main target for the winter transfer period. Out of the three midfielders monitored by Arsenal, he looks like the most adequate as both playing style and attitude. Schneiderlin is also pretty close mostly because his time spent in the Premier League. Prices will differ though as Kramer seems to be the most expensive among Schneiderlin, Bender and Leverkusen’s player. Hopefully at least one of them will end up at the Emirates and will manage to fill in the gaps that allowed Skrtel to find the net in the last minutes of the game vs liverpool.
