Falcao Open To Arsenal Switch!

Falcao Open To Arsenal Switch!

The Gunners are looking to bring in reinforcements after premier striker Olivier Giroud suffered an ankle injury during the club’s 2-2 draw against Everton. If reports are to be believed, the Frenchman is expected to miss the remainder of 2014 and Wenger wants to draft in a replacement prior to the closure of the transfer window.

PSG striker Edison Cavani has been linked with the Gunners but Wenger could be moving for another striker playing in Ligue 1. Monaco’s Falcao is prepared to quit the club and join Arsenal to ease their striker crisis, according to Metro.

The prolific striker has been made available by the French club, albeit on a temporary basis. The report suggests that Falcao will cost a whopping £20 million for a season-long loan, which will include his wages and bonuses.

Arsenal are considering all possibilities with Loic Remy and Nikola Zigic also linked with the Gunners on Thursday amongst the numerous runours out there.
