Arsenal To Send Striker Away On Loan

Arsenal youngster Yaya Sanogo is being linked with a move away from the club, with Premier League clubs like Aston Villa, Sunderland and Crystal Palace interested in bringing the striker on a loan move that could see the player get some valuable first team experience, according to talkSPORT.

The Gunners are slowly but steadily getting their full strength squad together, after some injured players are underway with their rehabilitation. With summer signing Alexis Sanchez undoubtedly one of the top performers in attack, Arsene Wenger has a talented group of attackers to pick from. Danny Welbeck continues to operate as the full centre forward, and with Olivier Giroud back in form, things are looking positive for Wenger and the squad. Going into the new year, the Champions League and the FA Cup will only add to the constant pressure of performing in the Premier League, and the squad can sustain the same with the current depth in attack.

Sanogo began his career at French club Auxerre as a youth player before playing for the senior side in 2010. After three seasons at the club, Arsenal signed the striker and continued his development. Since the move to London, the 21-year old has made 11 league appearances.
