Arsenal Still Focusing On Securing Young Talent

Arsenal might be creating a habit out of signing one big player every year. This is not enough though as the Gunners’ lot needs to handle a lot of pressure both physical and mental pressure that can only be dealt with by giving players a rest every once in a while. It is very likely that the gaps that usually need to be filled because of injury will be secured by youngsters rather than experienced, expensive players. Wenger is known for having a good eye when it comes to young talent and is also known for investing both money and trust into footballers who have yet to have contact with the big leagues. According to the Mirror, the next two rising stars who could find their way into Arsenal’s lot come from Denmark and Brazil.

Both are developing as very promising attackers with one of the two looking a bit more adequate for Arsenal’s needs. The Danish international named Pione Sisto, has just made his debut for his country’s home team and managed to impress. The 20-year-old is now registered with FC Midtjylland where he averages a goal every other game. The problem with him is that he prefers the right wing which is probably going to be covered for the next couple of years.

The Brazilian though is bit more tempting due to the fact that he is a true number 9. Currently performing in the Brazilian leagues, 17-year-old Luis Henrique is expected to be the new attacking sensation on the market. Rumors have it that he is already in talks with one or two Premier League teams which are keen on signing him as soon as possible.
